3 - Simple Steps to work in NuPhi

1. CREATE SHIPMENT
   NuPhi works the way every EXIM trade flows in physical world – at a “Shipment” level. Create either an “Export Shipment” or “Import Shipment” to begin the amazing journey.
2. ADD/LINK DOCUMENTS
   Start creating or adding orders, invoices, packing list, certificates, declarations, B/L, customs documents, etc. Once you created a document in NuPhi, it is smartly linked with that “Shipment”. Linkage means – all related documents can be accessed at a Shipment level and every edit is automatically linked by NuPhi.
3. COLLABORATE
   Add Internal Team + Customer + Service providers (CHA, Freight Forwarder, etc.) and start sharing the relevant “Shipment” and documents in that Shipment you intend to share with them. Shipment allows you Smart email Inbox i.e. 1 Shipment = 1 Inbox, no more searching for shipment related mails in your local mailbox - NuPhi does that auto organizing of mails for you.
