Document Attachments

Document Attachments table stores information about all attachments linked to specific module like invoice, vendor bill, Order or any shipment document.

Attributes

docAttId: Primary key of the table.

orgId: Foreign key of Organisation table. This field stores the information of the organisation in which attachment uploaded.

purchaseOrderId: Foreign key of Purchase Order table. This field stores the information of the order which is linked to attachment. This will be null if attachment is uploaded for some other document.

salesOrderId: Foreign key of Sales Order table. This field stores the information of the order which is linked to attachment. This will be null if attachment is uploaded for some other document.

invId: Foreign key of Invoice table. This field stores the information of the invoice/vendor bill which is linked to reminder. This will be null if reminder is created for some other document.

billOfEntryId: Foreign key of Bill of Entry table. This field stores the information of the Bill of Entry which is linked to reminder. This will be null if reminder is created for some other document.

billOfLadingId: Foreign key of Bill of Lading table. This field stores the information of the Bill of Lading which is linked to reminder. This will be null if reminder is created for some other document.

shippingBillId: Foreign key of Shipping Bill table. This field stores the information of the Shipping Bill which is linked to reminder. This will be null if reminder is created for some other document.

attachmentUrl: URL of the uploaded attachment, which is uploaded to S3 bucket.

fileName: Field which stores the name of the that is uploaded.
