Expense Tracker Item

Expense Tracker Item table stores information about specific Shipment Expense & revenue with detailed information in user's local currency and shipment currency.

Attributes

trackerItemId: Primary key of the table.

trackerId: Foreign key of the Tracker table. This field stores the information of the tracker which is linked to tracker item.

orgId: Foreign key of the Organisation table. This field stores the information of the Organisation which is linked to tracker item.

trackType: Type of transaction.

1. Expense
2. Revenue

description: Description about the Expense/Revenue.

category: Category of transaction like packaging, CHA fees etc.

trackerDate: Date when expense/revenue occurred.

budgetFCYAmount: Budgeted amount for expense in invoice currency.

budgetECHRate: Budgeted Exchange rate for invoice currency to local currency.

budgetLocalAmount: Budgeted amount for expense in local currency.

actualFCYAmount: Actual amount for expense in invoice currency.

actualECHRate: Actual Exchange rate for invoice currency to local currency.

actualLocalAmount: Actual amount for expense/revenue in local currency.

budgetCurrency: Currency in which budget amount is captured.

actualCurrency: Currency in which actual amount is captured.
