License

This table stores information about individual licenses with metaData information.

Note

Licenses is only applicable to Indian company. Hence all the transaction always have INR value.

Attributes

licenseId: Primary key of the table.

orgId: Foreign key of Organisation table. This field stores the information of the organisation where license being added.

licenseNo: Unique number of the License given by government.

licenseType: Type of the License.

Possible values

  1. AA (Advance Authorisation)
  2. DFIA (Duty Free Import Authorisation)
  3. DFRC (Duty Free Replenishment Certificate)
  4. DEPB (Duty Entitlement Passbook Scheme)
  5. EPCG (Export Promotion Capital Goods)

Note

Each License will have Authorised import & Export obligation items that needs to be met, except EPCG license which only have export items that need to be exported.

orgLicenseNo: Organisation specific license number which can be different then license number given by goverment.

rcmcNo: RCMC No.

dateOfIssue: Date when license was Issued.

ecomRefNo: Ecom Ref No.

sionNo: SION No.

fileNo: File No.

regionalAuthority: Regional Authority Name.

portOfReg: Port Of Registration .

validityImports: Validity Imports.

manSiteDetails: Manufacturing Site Details.

custNotificationNo: Customs Notification No.

custNotifyDate: Customs Notification Date.

expOblExpiryDate: Date Of Exp. Of Export Obligation.

expOblExtExpiryDate: Extended Date For Expiry Of Export Obligation.

licenseStatus: Status of the license.

Status

  1. OPEN: License is open and can be linked to invoice/vendor bill
  2. CLOSED: License is closed and can not be linked to invoice/vendor bill

createdBy: Foreign key of the User table. This field stores the information of the email id which created the license entry in organisation.

updatedBy: Foreign key of the User table. This field stores the information of the email id which updated the license entry in organisation.

deletedBy: Foreign key of the User table. This field stores the information of the email id which deleted the license entry in organisation.

importPercentage: Percentage of import items are completed.

exportPercentage: Percentage of export items are completed.

License always created by any one user belongs to organisation.

UpdatedByUser

License always updated by any one user belongs to organisation.

DeletedByUser

License always deleted by any one user belongs to organisation.
