Shipment

Shipment table stores information about type of shipment, company to whom shipment is linked, shipment No, etc.

Attributes

shipmentId: Primary key of the table.

orgId: Foreign key of Organisation table. This field stores the information of the organisation who created shipment.

shipmentUid: Unique Id of the shipment generated by system. This is used to open the shipment details page.

shipmentNoSuf: Shipment number suffix.

shipmentNoPre: Shipment number prefix.

mode: Mode of the shipment.

createdBy: Foreign key of the User table. This field stores the information of the email id which created the shipment.

shipmentType: Type of the shipment.

Possible values

1. BUY
2. SELL

sellerId: Foreign key of the VendorAndSupplier table. This field stores the information of the vendor from whom shipment is received.

buyerId: Foreign key of the VendorAndSupplier table. This field stores the information of the vendor to whom shipment is sent.

companyName: Name of the vendor company.

shipmentStatus: Status of the shipment.

shipmentETD: ETD of the shipment.

shipmentETA: ETA of the shipment.

shipmentValue: Value of the shipment. This field is automatically updated when invoice is is linked.

shipmentCurrency: Currency of the shipment. This field is automatically updated when invoice is linked to shipment.

shipmentTags: Array of tags.
