AdditionalFields

Additional/Custom Fields are user defined input data fields to be recorded in Invoice or Order document to be created on NuPhi.

Add Custom Invoice Fields

  1. Click Settings -> Masters -> Additional Fields -> Invoice -> Add Field.
  2. Field type -> single will add additional fields at invoice level which allows users to select the position of field either as top or bottom.
  3. Field type -> item selection will add additional fields at invoice items level which allows users to move the custom columns to drag and drop anywhere in the invoice items table.

Note

Additional field defined will be common across all the 4 types of invoice (Commercial invoice/ Commercial packing list/ Customs Invoice/ Customs Packing List).
