Shipment¶
Shipment allows to create & access documents, real time collaborate with Internal and External Users and work on a specific Import / Export Transaction from a Single Interface.
What all can you do within a Shipment :¶
- Add Shipment Documents & Organize in Folders
- Add Contacts & share Shipment documents
- Smart Email Inbox | 1 Shipment = 1 Inbox
List Shipment¶
This will show list of all the export & import shipments. By default, all the users who have access to shipment module can see the list organisation shipment.
Once user enable Show Shipment Shared With Me toggle button, it will show all the shipment shared with user outside the organisation.
Note
By default, all the ARCHIVED Shipments are excluded from the list.
Filters: 1. Start Date 2. End Date 3. Status
Create Shipment¶
Anyone who have an access to shipment module can create shipment.
If buyer/seller is not available inside list user can create new vendor by click add new option in the list.
