Shipping Bill¶
Shipping Bill document is always created using Invoice & Used in Shipment.
List Shipping Bills¶
This will list all Shipping Bills in the oragnisation.Can be filtered by Shipping Bill start and end dates.
Shipping Bill creation¶
There are 3 ways to create an Shipping Bill
Create a new Shipping Bill¶
Creating a new Shipping Bill requires Shipping Bill number, Shipping Bill Date & Mode of shipment.
Create Shipping Bill by uploading PDF¶
Uploading an Shipping Bill PDF for OCR Creates new Shipping Bill with OCR information from where you can copy paste the Shipping Bill information.
Upload Invoice Excel¶
User can upload Excel file of Invoice with Shipping Bill details which will automatically create a new Shipping bill if not found in system and link it with Invoice.
Shipping Bill Updating¶
Shipping Bill can be updated any time by user who has access to Shipping Bill module. Once Shipping Bill is linked to Invoice some of the details are automatically fetched from it.
Shipping Bill details¶
- Shows SSR template view of Shipping Bill.
- Option to download the shipping bill in PDF format.
- List of attachments.
- Option to print the shipping bill in PDF format.
- Opens a Modal where list of Export shipment already linked to shipping bill is visible & Search box to select the export shipment to be linked to current shipping bill. If shipping bill is already linked to another export shipment user is prompted for confirmation.
